REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY OF MANENTIA ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for products or services purchased directly through the Manentia AI website. To be eligible for a refund, requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Process for Requesting a Refund: Submit a refund request via our official customer support email at manentia@manentia.ai. Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
Evaluation of Refund Requests: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Manentia AI reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are deemed unreasonable.
Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account management portal on our website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order placement. Submit cancellation requests via our official customer support email at manentia@manentia.ai.
Event or Training Program Cancellations: Cancellations for events or training programs must be made at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
